| Orientation Session: | Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at 6:00 at DC 1707, 75 Varick Street, #1404, New York, NY 10013. This program is for classroom personnel only. Please bring the following items with you: 1. Your 1040 tax forms for 2008 (not your W-2) 2. Permit number from your center and its date of expiration 3. Your last two pay stubs 4. High School Diploma or GED Certificate |

Classes will start on
Saturday, January 30, 2010
from 10:00am – 4:30pm at the union office at DC 1707, 75 Varick St., #1404 You must pre-register to enroll in this program. They will be held every Saturday (except April 3 and May 29) through Saturday, June 19. |

| Cost: |
A student can apply for an EIP Scholarship. Most members qualify for funding! DC 1707 staff members will help you with the forms. If one does not meet the qualifications for an EIP Scholarship, the enrollee must privately pay the tuition charges on the first day of class, January 30, 2010. More specific cost information will be available soon.

$50.00 for members and $100 for nonmembers. This deposit is due at the time of application. The deposit is refunded with perfect attendance |
